Neuro-Exercise Specialist & Physiologist

A man with a beard and short curly hair, wearing a black polo shirt and black pants, is sitting on a white cushioned chair in a room with beige walls. He is smiling and appears to be speaking or listening to someone. In the background, there is a wall clock and a decorative wall piece with circles. Several people with gray and white hair are visible in the foreground, suggesting an audience.

The Science of Safety. The Power of Strength.

I am a Specialist Exercise Physiologist with over 10 years of experience helping adults with neurological conditions live stronger, safer lives.

The Problem: Many people feel abandoned after discharged from formal therapy.

The Solution: I bridge the gap between clinical rehab and independent living.

I don’t believe in generic workouts. I combine my clinical physiology background with an MSc in Physical Activity for Special Populations to design precise, evidence-based programs. My goal is to improve your balance, reduce your fall risk, and restore your independence.
